1) LIFETIME ACCESS to: All MDM Academy Level 1 course content available online and in the app in a course format. It includes:

4. 13 Principles Lists- one for each section that you look for in readings and scripture and practice in your life

9. Articles and essays- some original to our program and others are valuable to reinforce the principles and give further insights. 
10. Reading skills- the better you can read using specific questions and tools, the more quickly you can grasp the information and make it part of you. This preparation also empowers you to better discuss your ideas and lead your own children.

2) ONE YEAR ACCESS to: 

1. Regular live mentoring- Certified MDM mentors are women who have been through the material and had great success in applying the principles. They are moms just like you, ahead on the path, who want to guide you through the journey that was so rewarding for them. Several times per month you will be notified that a mentor will be going live and you're welcome to hop on any or all of these video mentoring sessions. They are also recorded and made available so you can watch the recordings as well. 
2. 24/7 Access to the MDM Community- this is a place in our course platform that functions very much like Facebook but is available only to current MDM students. You can post any questions or insights, share videos and links, discuss what you're learning, or just feel supported and understood from other like-minded women and mentors. 
3. Ongoing Access to the MDM Directory- provided through a robust platform attached to the community, this directory is populated by women just like you all over the world. With a map to pin-point where women are located, and the opportunity to share emails or other contact information, this directory provides you the chance to meet up with MDM moms in your area and build in person relationships to last a lifetime! 

Because you're a busy mom with a crazy schedule, we've built the MDM Academy to be a self-paced program. You go at your own speed, but we're right there with you along the way--in the community, on the mentor calls, and hopefully with an accountability partner that we encourage you to get (and show you how;)

Most of our moms take 9-12 months to complete level 1 but some have taken more or less time. This is because they have the best experience when they take a little bit of time every day. We've had many moms report (as you can see in the testimonials) that they committed to just 20-30 min per day. This kept the content fresh in their mind, and helped them ponder it through the (few) quiet moments of the day. 

If you'd like to go faster than 9 months you are welcome to, of course! But for most moms, the optimal experience comes from taking it slow and steady--the tortoise wins the race! 

As you can see in the outline above, there is a cadence of four cycles. In each of these cycles you spend some time on self-care, then self-management, then self-discovery. This creates a beautiful opportunity for you to work on taking care of yourself, then diving into some more difficult self-reflection and honesty, and then round it out with a (very) enjoyable self-discovery activity which reminds you how incredible you truly are!

The structure of the program is an on-going mix of watching a video, doing some journaling, reading something, asking questions, considering principles, practicing activities. It has been vetted over 10 years with hundreds of women and we have found that the content we've chosen, it's pacing and the order in which is presented are critical to optimal success and transformation. We HIGHLY recommend that you do each thing you're asked to do, in the order given, and trust the process.

The course platform we've chosen to use was picked specifically for the ease of use in the course content, the very robust community feature and the fact that there is an app! 

The community looks and functions very much like Facebook, including the ability to go live and offer periodic challenges. It even has a feature called "circles" which act much like a Facebook group where you can go to discuss specific content. 

Mentors are in the academy regularly and will answer any questions you have in a timely manner. They also share thoughts and pose questions to enrich your experience. 

As mentioned above, there is also an MDM directory which you'll have access to so that you can meet women in person in your area!

A few times per month, you'll receive an email notification that a mentor will be going live. You are welcome to attend any or all of these live video sessions. You will log in and hop on the video to ask any questions or discuss what's on your mind. These are then recorded and made available to watch later for all students. 

Just think, because of the community and the live mentoring, you'll NEVER be stuck or without support!

If life brings something that causes you to put off completing the MDM Academy in a year, don't worry! You'll have the course content for life. And when you're ready, you can pay a small monthly fee to have full access to the community and mentoring for as long as you want it!

1) What to expect from the course:

Once you've purchased the program, you'll instantly receive an email prompting you to login. Upon login you'll see the MDM Academy Level 1 course in your library. When you click in, you'll find the course materials which you'll simply go through one lesson at a time. You'll also see the community attached to the course and you can click in and introduce yourself and join the conversation!

You can literally meet us in just a few minutes!

From there, you determine how much time you want to commit each day and you reach out for an accountability partner in the community. Then you simply go through the lessons, discuss them with your partner, hop on mentored video calls and engage in the community all you want!

2) What to expect for yourself personally:

You should expect to have insights you've never had, to be exposed to tools and principles that will enlighten your mind and heart, and to be challenged to see yourself more honestly. And what's so interesting about that is that when we tell women to see themselves honestly, they think that's going to be a negative experience but ACTUALLY it is an overwhelming positive one! Because they get to see the good and beautiful about themselves, making small course corrections in their approaches to life comes with much relief and excitement.

This is an interesting question for a few reasons:

1) We've found that many women have had negative experiences with self-help books and are afraid that they're going to read a bunch of self-help in our academy and just feel terrible about themselves. Nothing could be further from the truth! Of course, there are some self-help selections but these are carefully chosen and we almost never read the whole book. This is because we are trying to reinforce a specific principle and a particular section of a particular book happens to best teach that principle. In this program you are learning, not being chastised. Heaven knows we've had all the same problems as you and made plenty of mistakes ourselves. We are not here to judge, we are here to support. But if we don't know the truth, it can't make us free. So it's vital to learn what exactly is happening that's causing the friction or problem or pain so that we can think and behave differently in the world. That's why this is EMPOWERING! NOT disempowering. You will be LIFTED! 

2) Some women have also had either bad experiences with therapy or it just hasn't been all that helpful. That is no one's fault. Audrey's husband has a marriage and family therapy degree and they know firsthand that therapy and counseling students are given very few tools with which to help their clients. It is almost entirely up to them to figure out how to help people heal. And, of course, most of them do not understand principles well enough to keep their counseling focused on universal truths rather than just letting their patients complain, or telling them what to do. 

TO BE CLEAR: this is NOT therapy and it is NOT self-help. It is a PRINCIPLE CENTERED APPROACH to human flourishing laid on a foundation of God and his universal natural laws--which you'll learn all about in the MDM Academy.
